PROCESSING TIME
The typical processing time is 2-5 business days, but after a shop update or during the holidays and weekends please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship.
SHIPPING ESTIMATION
I ship your order from North 24 Parganas, so depending on the distance, it may take 2 days for the closest location and 5-6 days for the rest of India.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, I have no control over how a package is handled after it is shipped, so I cannot offer full refunds for items damaged or lost in transit. If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local hub directly and DM or email me as well. If your item is severely damaged due to shipping errors, please reach out to me at thedisgustd@gmail.com with pictures of the item so I can help you out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I do not accept cancellations once your order is placed and shipped. However I accept edit to your order such as adding more items in your order.
REFUND POLICY
I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items that were received in good condition. If there are any mistakes on my part (such as sending the incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order), please email me at thedisgustd@gmail.com soI can work with you to solve the issue!!
ISSUE WITH ORDER
